9) I agree to the following:
a) The customer takes full responsibility for supervising children. At least one adult other than Miker/Zurbo will be present at all times.
b) Enclosed is a nonrefundable deposit of $50.
c) I will pay Miker/Zurbo the rest by cash or check payable to Mike Heyniger on his arrival.
d) The customer may cancel at any time until 48 hours before the party. In the event of a short term cancelation Miker keeps the $50 nonrefundable deposit and forgives the balance.
e) This agreement valid only after confirmation of rate and date availability.
